Navigating Life's Challenges with Compassionate Support
Life can be tough, and there are moments when we all could benefit from speaking with a licensed therapist. If you’re considering therapy, you probably have a lot of questions, and I’m here to help demystify the process. I’ll take the time to answer any questions you have, so you feel comfortable and confident about our work together.
With a background in hospitals, universities, community health centers, and nonprofit organizations, my extensive clinical experience allows me to draw from evidence-based approaches to ensure each client gets the personalized care they need. I’m passionate about helping people overcome challenges like anxiety, depression, and stress, and supporting them in their journey toward improved mental health and well-being.
In addition to my clinical practice, I supervise master-level clinicians and psychologists-in-training. I also serve as a consultant to businesses and organizations, helping them develop programs and policies that support their employees’ mental health.
I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and I’ve trained in various settings across New York City, most recently at Columbia University. Currently, I am a Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University, where I have the honor of training the next generation of mental health counselors.
